CCTV and Security

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) uses video cameras to provide additional security for your home. The video sends its signal to a specific place, where it can be monitored or recorded. 

Traditionally, this signal has been sent to an independent monitor. However, home automation gives you the option for CCTV images to be sent to any connected room in the house, or externally to a wide range of internet and 3G based devices.

When integrated with your home automation system, going out is easy – you just touch the screen to switch on the security lighting and cameras using the same controller you use to turn off the heating and lights.
